help with weight loss! please? yesss… yessssssssssssssssss…..?
so i eat no more than 1200 calories a day.
i do 3 hours of cardio( running) i break them up like 1 hour in the morning 1 hour in the after noon and 1 hour at night.
i have 3 months before school starts and my goal is 40 pounds.
im 14

i was thinking of burning 3-4 pounds a week. which isnt that bad.
i think i need to drink a lot more water though. ( i drink about 4 12 oz bottles of water.)
i dont eat junk food, pasta, and white bread.
i also use a trim hoop for 10-15 minutes a day.
i also get plenty of rest
with knowing this do you think i could complete my goal?
p.s i know that 1-2 pounds is healthy so please dont tell me something i already know.
also do you have any tips to bring up the metabolism, lose weight quicker and stay motivated?

this sounds exactly like my plan and we both want to lose about the same amount in the same space of time 
i want to lose 40 for my birthday in november
im 5’4″ and 182 so we’re about the same if you consider the height
and im 13
oh and a good way to jump start your metabolism is suck on ice cubes but i cant do it cuz it hurts my teeth lol
if ur like me then just drink really cold water through a straw
oh and a good way to get mroe water down is to use crystal light! It’s sooo good!
