how do I make a poodle skirt similar to those in the 50′s?
I’ve seen a few how to’s but they weren’t any closer to the actual thing. I want to be able to make one like this one http://www.anniepoodleskirts.com/images/Pink-Lady-Shirt-with-Pink-Fancy-Poodle-Skirt2.jpg with the elastic waist band and those cute “waves” of the skirt and I want to make it so there’s room inside for a thin crinoline. Please help! I need it done in 3 weeks time!
They were made from felt (no hemming needed).
Elastic waists were used only in pj bottoms and underpants.
It is a circular skirt.
